Rapid Cognitive Therapy
My first published book, co-authored with Georges Phillips. The first published text about the Warriors, Settlers & Nomads concept appears in chapter three.
‘WSN’
This took ages to research and write – I started research in 1995 and it was finally published in 2000. By then, the concept had already been tested 100s of times.
Advanced Techniques
This is unusual in that not only does it show dozens of different techniques, it also contains information for teachers in how to apply them in a classroom setting.

This was my first self-published ‘proper’ book, based on the Generalised Anxiety programme that I had used a huge number of times in my own consulting room.

Another self published work, this one is my original Psychosexual Dysfunction course and is complete enough for to get a thorough grounding in the subject.
The Secret life of Love and Sex
This book covers everything from beginning to end. How to get into a relationship, how to make it and how to end it kindly when it doesn’t.
Smashing Depression
Again, this was based on the work I did with a great many clients. It works rather like a funnel, starting with the easy stuff and guiding the client on a journey of self discovery.
BWRT BWRT
Essentially, thisi is a do-your-own BWRT manual, written for consumers to giive them a taste of a modern therapy. Therapsts have lovedit since it first hit the shelves!

The ‘Crucial’ set of books are full of original inductions and deepeners, every one of them having been used with clients in my professional ypnotherapy days.
A Concise Course in Hypnoanalysis
This a concise version of the course in hypnoanalyssis that I wrote in the late 1990s and led to my opening the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis.
